Opening the Contact page asks the same-site PHP handler for a submission token. A session cookie keeps that token associated with your browser and supports a brief repeat-submission limit. It is not an advertising identifier.
Voluntary local note
Only the Save in this browser action writes the continuity note to localStorage. It stays until you clear it in the guide or remove this site’s browser data. The evidence map and claim filter do not retain their selections.
